The PLTA Pack Trial Certifier is an individual approved by the PLTA Board of Directors to certify that a PLTA sanctioned pack trial event  meets all current requirements as put forth by the PLTA. This is done to provide uniformity in testing and ensure standardization of the pack llama trials. (See the current PLTA Handbook: General Procedures and Regulations for PLTA Sanctioned Events  as well as any updates to that document.) The Trial Certifier also assists the Trail Committee as a mentor who supports the Trial Committee and helps them understand their responsibilities and is able to carry them out.
